About Paul Hanley, ABR®

I am driven to excel, to be the best REALTOR®, to provide the best personal and professional service, to be among the most knowledgeable members of this profession. I will not rest until that is accomplished. I guess I will never rest for that is an ongoing goal. Only through ongoing education and experience is that even possible. To this end I have sought out and achieved the ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation.

Defined most simply, a buyer's representative is an advocate for the buyer - not the seller - in a real estate transaction. Buyers deserve to be equally represented, with full fiduciary duties, in a real estate transaction just as sellers are. The days of everybody working for the seller are long gone. Who will protect the rights of the buyers? I will. I am a proud Accredited Buyer's Representative.

A REALTOR® with the ABR® designation has taken Accredited Buyer's Representative training, specialized education offered by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council. In addition to knowing the dynamics of the local market, REALTORS® with the ABR® designation also understand the special needs of buyers. They have the experience to provide you with the service you need and will help you make informed decisions through the entire process that will lead to a successful home purchase.
